Taking place from September 6th to September 10th 2021, the first edition of this Bordeaux Summer School gathered 16 participants and consisted of 5 half-day sessions of remote learning as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Course content focused on the current scientific, technical and economic issues facing the wine and sake industries. The speakers present also outlined current research questions and new evolutions for these disciplines. Tutored work sessions allowed participants to develop research ideas for project proposals in their areas of expertise.
