Prof. Kazushi Suzuki

Kazushi SUZUKI is a Professor in applied microbiology at the Faculty of Agriculture and Director of the Sakeology Center of Niigata University. He is a specialist in the regulation of gene expression in bacteria. He is particularly interested in the function of small RNAs and their mechanisms for the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression. He is also studying the analysis of bacteria present in sake brewing.
