Yasuyuki KISHI is an Associate Professor of management and sociology at Niigata University, Japan, with research interests in globalization, SMEs, human resource management and cross-cultural studies. His current research focuses on globalization of cultural products and organizational behavior of sake breweries in terms of institutional theory.
