Dr. Philippe Marullo

Philippe MARULLO is a researcher for the Biolaffort group and has been involved in the selection of wine yeast since 2005. He obtained his P.h.D at the University of Bordeaux in molecular sciences and oenology and developed the use of quantitative genetic approaches for improving wine yeasts. Currently he is focusing his research on new tools for characterizing yeast physiology, including microfluidic and metabolomic approaches.
