Dr. Eric Giraud-Héraud

Eric GIRAUD-HÉRAUD is an economist, Research Director at the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment (INRAE). He is also Deputy Director of the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences, in charge of research. As a member of Bordeaux Sciences Economiques (ex Theoretical and Applied Economics Research Group - GREThA) he works in the field of behavioral economics, with work on corporate social responsibility and on the expectations of wine consumers (in terms of organoleptic characteristics and certifications).
